The base of the GPO-2 Tesla Coil is five feet square by three feet tall and shows the completed Tesla Primary coil installed.  The sides of the base are constructed from solid 3/4 inch walnut panels and the completed unit weighs 300 pounds.
 

 

 
A second view of the finished GPO-2 base.  The Tesla Primary inductance is constructed from 2 inch wide by 0.050 inch thick copper ribbon.  The support blocks are made from 3/4 inch phenolic.
